Dear Parent / Carer,
Year 5 will be attending an Athletics Festival next week. The event will be held on Tuesday 29th November 2022, from 12:00 to 14:30, at Billesley Tennis Centre. All children will walk to/from the venue with Woodthorpe staff. Children should hopefully be back at Woodthorpe by the end of the school day but updates will be sent out via SchoolZine if we are going to be later. Your child will eat their lunch before they leave school so please make sure your child has a packed lunch (order through DinnerPay if required). Please can children arrive to school in their PE kit on Tuesday with a packed lunch, a water bottle and waterproof coat.
